there were many pleasure boats that disregarded dive boat and flag around boat

There are times that when the information is entered and submitting it the LAT/LON does not properly enter.
was able to teach the use of a lift bag, and SMB(Surface Marker Buoy) for this dive. Found the items retrieved near the boat launch and where were were conducting our lift bag training. Items reported were that we found underwater and in an area that was too deep to stand in water
