The Deschutes River is important to every part of Bend's economy. From the water it delivers to farmers, to the fish who call it home, for recreationalists such as floaters, surfers, stand-up paddle boarders, kayakers, conoers; the river is a way of life in Bend.

For these reasons, divers from Fins Scuba will gather this and every year to continue to clean up and give back to the river, as part of the Deschutes River cleanup.

In the past divers from Central Oregon have joined in with the help of Deschutes County (SAR) Search and Rescue and removed countless pounds of garbage from the bottom of the river! 

This year we can do even better, with more of your help. Assist Fins Scuba & Water Sports with our Dive Against Debris Survey. We are asking for your support so that we can provide information to the local area organizers and councils to assist in minimizing future deposits of debris in the Deschutes River.
