As Marine ambassadors, we often talk about the effects of rubbish on our marine environment. Plastic as you will see from the banner picture is a major issue. Our beach clean up event is a fun few hours in Clacton on sea, hosted by our very own Danny Ayling and Loretta Jean Hoy.

The serious side is collecting rubbish before it hits the sea, the fun, is after this, a walk (or a ride) on the pier, a beer on an ice-cream,and of course fish and chips! 
Lets hope that its a sunny day, and we can enjoy an afternoon by the sea. 

Divers and Non Divers are very welcome to enjoy this day out - the more the merrier on this free to attend event.

10.30 AM - Meet - Seafront
10.30 - !2:00 - Organise ourselves, plan and coffee....or.....
12:00 - 13:30 - The Main event - Time to collect trash!
13.45 - Lunch
14:45 - Fun and games - pier Ice Cream and / or...........
16:45 - Or whenever - head home.

For the group that collects the most rubbish - A Discover Scuba Experience for two to use yourself, or give to a friend.
