There is no official event for clean ups around this area. We are promoting some of those events monthly or accordingly with our schedule. This dive site is full of Fishing net, lures and types of fishing stuff.
The Marbled stingray was laying on the seabed around 26m depth. The animals was stuck in a fishing hook with an wire extension connected to a fishing line. We were able to remove partially the fishing line but as soon as the animal felt free it start to move (slowly) to deep water. We couldn´t remover the hook or the wire.
Gas can, lighters, 25l plastic bottle.
Sunny day, atmospheric temperature 25C, no clouds, no rain, flat sea, no currents, water temperature 22C and visibility around 20m.
