people trying to fishing from the brake-waters in front of the dive site. Beach users whom leave their trash at the beach instead of taking it back to properly disposal.
This was at the dive site called "The Water Factory", as we started to prepare for a night dive, there where couple of fisherman fishing from shore, when one of the divers sow one of the Pelicans entangled, so we got a towel to hold and cut him free of the line.
Good, mild waves.
