Sunabe Seawall - South Steps

This particular dive site usually collects a lot of debris due to the currents and popular location for local anglers. Fortunately other sites north of the South Steps on the Sunabe Seawall tend to be nearly trash-free because of this natural phenomenon.
Fishing. Local fishermen cast in this rocky reef area and cut lines free when they cannot reel in the lure that is stuck on the reef. This leaves dangerous lures and hundreds of feet of loose fishing line unattended in this ocean environment.
Hooked onto lower lip. I attempted to free the weights off of the line, but the Balloonfish swam into a crevasse and I was unable to detach them.
Low/Mid 60's, light rain and wind.
