Summer in Finland has been extraordinarily warm this year, so a lot of people have been spending time outside, and this is a popular hangout place. However, many of the items have been there for a long time (some of the glass bottles estimated to be from the 60's).
It would be easiest if one could create a report directly from the event, not completely separately.
Pedestrian crossing roadsign, and an entire rooftop of a boat.
Mild winds, sunshine. The site is well protected from the influence of weather regarding sea conditions so it had little effect on the debris.
