Tourist and resorts on the island may be the contributor.
I love diving in Phuket, but there are too many tourists going to the Racha islands everyday, and not everyone is following the rules that we shouldn't fishing and litter here.
There was a fishing sinker on a piece of coral. I put it into the beer can which was found on the sands.
