Type of Debris Fishing line
Comments As soon as I entered the water I found a large wod of fishing line and 2 crabs tangled. I exited the water and tried to free them, but it was going to take more time and I did not want to struggle to take off my gear in the drysuit in the sand, so I put the wod of line and crabs in a small tidal pool with the intention to retrieve them when my dive was over and take them to a place where I could work to free them more easily. However as I was exiting the water, a man with a crab trap passed me going down to the water. He must have found them because after i dropped my gear at the car and returned to the waterfront the wod of fishing line was there in the tital pool where I had left it but the crabs were gone.
