There is a long and well-rusted metal bar of some sort in the area, but I was snorkeling with a dry suit and it was a bit deeper than I could get to considering I had to weight belt, and too large to remove alone. My guess is that piece of metal bar is well over 3 meters long.

The large cloth. Appears to be something like a pair of sweat pants, but are HUGE. When I first came upon it all I could see was something cloth and black about 5 inches long. I spent 20 minutes and great effort digging it out.

The weight I registered was one mainly for the 2 large pieces of cloth. Both were fairly dry and free of sand but one (cloth on the left) also appeared to have been down for some time and full of vegetation growth on the inside. This was my first snorkeling of 2016, and I wore a dry suit. The area was much cleaner than I have experiences on numerous snorkeling trips here. I wanted to check the underwater environment for a promo video I am making for my larger Dive Against Debris: Korea event later this summer. Another note was that I had planned to survey much more of the area, but the tide was low (peak low) and the surrounding outcroppings had several men fishing. I only went as far North as the first fisherman.
