Dive against Debris April 2018

Armed with bags the divers get ready
updates

We had a great turn out for our April Dive Against Debris on Saturday - 19 divers retrieved 347 kg of rubbish from the water along the seafront. As usual most of the rubbish collected form this location was food and drink related including 162 glass bottles, 85 plastic bottles, 19 takeaway containers, 58 food wrappers and 120 aluminium cans. There are still items there that we assume are from boats smashed on the wall in TC Pam - e.g the 27 pieces of fibreglass and a large perspex window.
