The amount collected today was only a small part of the whole net. Due to time constraints, not everything could be removed. The remaining part(s) of the fishing net will be removed during the next dive.

Fishing hooks, sinkers & floaters will be given to local fishermen for reuse.
Strong currents might have carried this enormous net away from its intended location.
It was unusual to find such a big, connected, and intact amount of fishing net. Normally, we find smaller (fragments of) nets.
Dead fish were removed, frozen, and will be used as aquarium food in the dive centre.
